13. DelDOT has recently selected the preferred U.S. 301 alignment (Green Route) and the project is in the final approval stage. The recommendation included a new north/south "Spur" road from the Summit Bridge south to Armstrong Corner Road at a cost of $135 million. Would you be in favor of eliminating or delaying the construction of the "Spur" road even if it results in a 12 to 18 month delay in the start of the "Green" route because of a new Federal review of the project impact without the "Spur"?
